SHIPPING:
All orders are shipped within two business days of being received, unless otherwise specified. We will ship United Parcel Service (UPS) unless a particular carrier is specified. We do not mark up shipping or add handling charges. We charge only what UPS or the United States Postal Service charges.
TERMS:
We accept Visa, MasterCard & Discover. We also accept cashiers checks. Sorry, no personal checks or COD’s.
STOCK:
We try to stock everything listed on our web site. However, should you order a product and it is not available, we will notify you immediately via e-mail. We will let you know if a similar product is available via e-mail. We not ship similar products without your approval. We want to make sure you get what you want. In the event something is unavailable, we will let you know how long it will take to get it. In that case, please bear in mind goods shipped from Poland take at least a few weeks to arrive here.
RETURNS:
We will return full purchase price (or replace it with an identical product) for any order that was damaged during shipping. All other orders are final.
